三色樱花虾煎饼
材料
"地瓜 适量","芋头 适量","紫山药或紫地瓜 适量","樱花虾 适量","中筋面粉 100g","糯米粉 30g","蛋 1颗","水80-85 g","胡椒粉 适量","盐,糖 适量","油葱酥 适量"
做法

1:地瓜,芋头,山药,切丁块放入电锅蒸备用

2:先把一半的樱花虾煸香后跟所有材料搅拌均匀..放进锅里慢火煎熟....再把另外一半的樱花虾洒在面糊上...待翻面时再一起煎至熟透

3:煎到两面金黄熟透即可...可沾酱量一起食用
