自制双味猫耳朵

材料

"洋葱 半颗","肉片 200G","香菇 ","冬适量 ","芹菜适量 ","蕃茄一个 ","香油少许 ","高筋面150G ","水80G ","高筋面粉130G ","咖哩高汤80G ","酱油和水各1.5大匙 ","柴鱼粉 ","胡椒粉 适量",

做法

    1:将原味材料揉成团,放置20分

    2:咖哩味的材料拌匀

    3:揉成团,同样放置20分

    4:取出两种面团擀成方形厚片(约0.5公分)

    5:切成丁状,洒粉分开

    6:用拇指朝一个方向按压过去成型

    7:再次均匀的沾上面粉,过筛

    8:用水烫至9分熟捞出

    9:锅中爆香洋葱,香菇和冬虾

    10:放入肉片炒香,加入蕃茄调味

    11:倒入猫耳朵拌炒均匀
