咖哩豆腐煲
材料
"豆腐 1块","黑木耳 1片","培根 3片","鲜香菇 4朵","玉米笋 5支","洋葱 1/2颗","红萝卜 1/3条","剥皮辣椒 3支","糖 1大匙","盐巴 1小匙","胡椒粉 适量","乌醋 1大匙","咖哩块 2块",
做法

1:备料~豆腐先用盘子堆叠挤压出水份,其他配料切丝跟小丁

2:热锅加少许油 洋葱先放入炒香

3:其他配料一起进来炒

4:加800cc的热水or高汤,接着放入咖哩块

5:豆腐切块状进来煨煮烧入味 就可以下调味料

6:沙锅预热 把煮好的豆腐倒进来 加乌醋就完成了

7:超下饭的!!
