清炖牛肉汤

"牛腱 2条","鸡翅膀 2-3只","白萝卜 1条","红萝卜 1条","洋葱 1/2-1颗","葱 4-6根","花椒粒 一大匙","白胡椒粒 一大匙","番茄 1-2颗","姜 几片","米酒/威士忌 1/2&1/2碗"
做法

1:1.川烫 肉,去腥味鸡翅/牛腱/花椒/白胡椒/米酒 /葱/姜片 煮到滚后,让血水浮出后关火2.开始炖汤,换新锅鸡翅/牛腱/白胡椒/花椒/洋葱/葱/红白萝卜/半碗威士忌炖好,取出鸡翅,牛腱(去出切片),萝卜,加入蕃茄煮滚后完成*压力锅或是闷烧锅配合使用
