北京葱爆牛肉

材料

"美牛小排 1~2","葱 1~2"," 1","辣椒 3","米酒 10cc","日式和风酱 10cc","马铃薯粉 3G","乌醋 5cc","香油 0.5cc","白胡椒 3G","姜丝 2",

做法

  1. step1

    1:将姜丝大火爆香(加入ㄧ滴香油)后入白葱段干炒、后入绿葱段辣椒齐爆香后起锅放置旁边

  2. step2

    2:后加入醃制美国牛小排牛肉(全蛋清、白胡椒粉、米酒5cc、乌醋)大火炒熟、后放入先前爆香的葱姜、辣椒、拌炒30秒,加入5cc过边米酒,后起锅即可
