糯米椒炒小鱼干
材料
"糯米椒 1斤","豆干 6片","小鱼干 1碗","黑豆鼓 1匙","蒜头 5瓣","葱 2支","辢椒 一根","淬酿酱油露 3匙","素蚝油 2匙","糖 1匙","胡椒粉 少许","水 半碗",
做法

1:准备材料.小鱼干要洗过.黑豆鼓也洗过

2:起油锅

3:炒豆干.不能让豆甘干炒过头喔..稍微有点胖胖的就捞起

4:余油下去炒小鱼干

5:放入葱.辣椒.蒜末.抄香.黑豆鼓

6:倒入豆干

7:将酱汁拌匀

8:倒入糯米椒拌炒

9:倒入酱汁炒至汤汁浓缩即可

10:盛盘
