蔬菜炒辣鸡
材料
"鸡胸肉 2大块","小黄瓜 2条","木耳 4朵","糯米椒 5条","香菇 4朵","大蒜 3颗","酱油 3匙","盐巴 2匙","咖啡用白砂糖 1条","橄榄油 100g","辣椒酱 个人喜好斟酌","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1:鸡胸肉切半撒上盐巴和胡椒粉醃5~10分钟,之后切丁

2:所有香菇,糯米椒切段

3:香菇 木耳切丝

4:橄榄油热锅爆香之后鸡肉先下锅

5:鸡肉约至八分熟之后,所有蔬菜一起下锅,淋上调好的酱油调味料加点水,闷煮到熟即可起锅
