奶油南瓜蔬菜汤
材料
"奶油1 大匙","烹饪用橄榄油1 大匙","洋葱,切丁1 杯","红萝卜,切丁1 杯","西洋芹,切丁1 杯","苹果,去皮切丁1 杯","奶油南瓜,去皮切块2 杯","新鲜鼠尾草,切末1 大匙","干燥月桂叶2 片","白酒1/3 杯","鸡高汤或蔬菜高汤21/2 杯+","饮用水21/2 杯+","煮熟的鸡肉丁/丝或火腿丁 ","燻鸡1杯 ","通心粉或短的义大利面1/3杯+ ","海盐及研磨胡椒 适量",
做法

1:在汤锅里中火加热奶油与橄榄油,加入洋葱、红萝卜、西洋芹、苹果及奶油南瓜一同翻炒

2:加入白酒、鼠尾草与月桂叶,翻炒至散发香气、白酒挥发一半

3:加入鸡高汤与饮用水,煮滚后转小火,加盖闷煮15分钟至蔬菜柔软入味

4:加入鸡肉丝与通心粉,开盖继续煮7~8分钟,以盐及胡椒调味,即可趁热享用(※ 记得取出月桂叶)
