佛罗伦斯鸡肉附青豆饭

"面粉 25g","奶油 25g","牛奶 70ml","起司 50g","奶油 适量","红葱头 25g","菠菜(去梗) 100g","盐巴 适量","鸡胸肉 2片","盐巴 适量","胡椒粉 适量","奶油 适量","洋葱 20g","红葱头 10g","青豆仁 50g","白米 130g","鸡高汤 300ml","盐巴 适量","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1:将洋葱.红葱头.蒜头切碎

2:将鸡胸肉撒盐备用

3:将鸡胸肉热锅煎上色后进烤箱160度烤6到10分钟

4:沙拉油炒香洋葱和红葱头后加米.青豆.奶油拌炒后加入高汤煮滚进烤箱160度10分钟烤熟

5:将奶油融化,加入面粉拌炒后加牛奶搅拌均匀后下起司片

6:将菠菜炒熟
