蔬菜片汤
材料
"洋葱 35g","白萝卜 35g","胡萝卜 35g","西芹 30g","红番茄 35g","马铃薯 40g","高丽菜 25g","月桂叶 1片","鸡高汤 500ml","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","奶油 少许"
做法

1:白萝卜,洋葱,胡萝卜,西芹,高丽菜不要绿色的叶子番茄切去籽再去皮,切条再切指甲片0.1/0.2cm

2:再把剩余的食材再加月桂叶1~2片再加水煮蔬菜高汤,好了再捞起过滤

3:再加500ml的蔬菜高汤,白萝卜,洋葱,胡萝卜,西芹煮一下,再调味加一点白胡椒粉和盐,快煮软了再加番茄和高丽菜煮滚。

4:好了就能盛在碗里即可,完成。
