"台东埤南米 量米杯2杯","水 量米杯2.4杯","香肠或腊肠 3条","叉焼肉或腊肉 适量","香油 少许","酱油 适量","蒜头末 适量","盐 适量","台东金针花 一碗","青江菜 1把",

1:台东金针花泡水

2:清江菜切细碎

3:将台东埤南米洗净加2.4杯的水,上方放台东金针花.腊肠.腊肉入电锅煮,外锅约放0.7杯水

4:起油锅爆香蒜头末,加入碎清江菜拌炒一下,随即起锅

5:饭煮好后,将腊肠.腊肉拿出来切片,白饭拌入4.及塩.酱油.香油调味,最后把腊肠.腊肉铺在菜饭上即可.
