蜂蜜咖哩鸡
材料
"大鸡胸肉 2.5片","蒜头 6~8瓣","洋葱 1颗","胡萝卜 1大条","马铃薯 3颗","咖哩粉 20g","矿泉水 1500+200cc","玫瑰盐 5g","蜂蜜 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","月桂叶 2~3片","酱油 2大匙","玫瑰盐 1大匙","米酒 1大匙",
做法

1:鸡肉切大丁+醃料拌匀蒜头切末洋葱,胡萝卜,马铃薯切大丁备用

2:热油,下蒜末炒香入洋葱炒至半透明

3:入鸡丁炒至反白入咖哩粉炒香入蜂蜜,盐拌匀

4:入胡萝卜丁,马铃薯丁翻拌入米酒,酱油炒匀入200cc水拌匀

5:换炖锅+1500cc水+月桂叶大火煮滚后,小火慢煮20分钟完成了,开饭囉
