土魠鱼羹
材料
"土魠鱼 1块","柴鱼高汤 1000CC","香菇 3朵","木耳 2朵","红萝卜 半条","太白粉 3大匙","水 5大匙","地瓜粉(油炸用) 少许","醃料米酒 1大匙","醃料五香粉 少许","醃料淬酿酱油露 1大匙","醃料胡椒粉 少许","醃料糖 1小匙","醃料蛋 半颗","调味料淬酿酱油露 1大匙","调味料胡椒 少许","调味料香油 1小匙","调味料乌醋 1大匙",
做法

1:将香菇泡好切丝,红萝卜木耳切丝备用

2:醃土魠鱼块(加入醃料醃1小时入味),要炸时加半颗全蛋,再裹地瓜粉下锅油炸

3:将柴鱼片加水熬高汤,熬好后渣捞起备用,加入所有的香菇丝及木耳红萝卜丝一起下锅煮滚,煮滚后加入太白粉水勾芡

4:下锅油炸土魠鱼块

5:油炸后吸干油备用

6:将羹汤先盛起加入鱼块跟一点葱花.香油.乌醋提味
