"黄侨高粉 210g","黄侨低粉 40g","糖 15g","盐 0.8小匙","酵母 3g","玄米油 12g","牛奶 180g","奶粉 酌量","(卡士达酱)蛋 1颗","(卡士达酱)糖 20g","(卡士达酱)低粉 10g","(卡士达酱)玉米粉 10g","(卡士达酱)牛奶 130g","(卡士达酱)莱姆酒 0.5小匙","(卡士达酱)奶油 5g"
做法

1:除玄米油.盐外,其余材料放面包机顺序牛奶-糖-面粉-酵母搅拌成团加盐5分钟后置入玄米油续搅15分,面团放入钢盘(底稍抹油),入烤箱,放碗热水进行,一发40分钟

2:一发后分10小面团滚圆松弛15分

3:再每个面团杆成长方形,如图卷成长条

4:将每长条并列,进行二发1小时

5: 烤前面团表面如图挤卡士达酱

6:烤温200/140 25分,出炉后稍凉,再洒上奶粉
