"麻辣三明治鲔鱼 1罐","大豆油 1汤匙","猪绞肉 2汤匙","蒜末 1汤匙","辣椒酱 1汤匙","砂糖 1汤匙","酱油 1汤匙","高汤或水 2碗","嫩豆腐 1盒","太白粉芡 适量","葱花 少许"

1:锅中微热后倒入油与绞肉炒至金黄.依序炒蒜末.辣椒酱.砂糖.酱油.高汤或水.煮滚后倒入切丁豆腐烧煮10分钟后勾芡.再倒入鲔鱼酱拌匀.洒上葱花即可完成.
