奶油玉米浓汤
材料
"玉米酱 180公克","鲜奶油 120毫升","奶油 25公克","鸡高汤 500毫升","月桂叶 1~2叶","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","义大利香芹碎 少许","洋葱碎 半颗","蒜头碎 2~3颗","橄榄油 20公克","高筋面粉 20公克",
做法

1:浓汤加入洋葱,蒜头会更香可先把洋葱跟蒜头切碎

2:热锅,下奶油,洋葱碎,蒜头碎,完整月桂叶2片,玉米酱,鲜奶油,一碗水(鸡高汤会更香)拌匀,下少许鸡粉,盐,胡椒煮滚试味道再调味

3:巴西里切碎,把水用纸巾吸干

4:月桂叶煮出味道就可捞起,慢慢加入油粉勾芡(慢慢下才不会产生颗粒),不用太稠,关火盛盘.面粉+橄榄油=1:1,搅拌至稍微稠稠的
