泰式凉拌海鲜

材料

"虾子 4两","小卷一只 ","切圈状 ","小黄瓜1根 ","切斜片 ","小蕃茄10颗 ","切对半 ","紫洋葱半颗 ","切丝 ","牛奶洋葱半颗 ","切丝 ","卫生冰块1包 ","姜片3片 ","柠檬汁2~3颗 ","柠檬皮屑刨2~3颗 ","切碎 ","香菜一把 ","切碎 ","大根辣椒3根 ","去籽切碎 ","蒜头5颗 ","切碎 ","白醋2汤匙 ","糖10汤匙 ","酱油鱼露 2汤匙",

做法

  1. 1:小黄瓜切斜片,两种洋葱切丝后,泡冰块水15分钟,时间到捞起放沙拉盆,小蕃茄切对半后直接丢进沙拉盆

  2. 2:滚水里加入姜片一起川烫海鲜,有熟即可马上捞起泡冰水降温,10分钟后捞起,虾子去壳丢进沙拉盆

  3. 3:柠檬皮屑、香菜、辣椒去籽、蒜头全部剁细碎(如果有调理机就全部打碎),再与柠檬汁、白醋、糖、酱油或鱼露混合均匀※建议调完先试味道,毕竟每个人喜爱的口味不同,要酸一点、甜一点、咸一点,调到自己喜欢的口味

    4:将酱汁倒入沙拉盆与食材均匀搅拌, 冰入冰箱2小时后即可食用
