做法

1:1/2 瓠瓜分切.青葱切段.红萝卜切片.红辣椒切片备用

2:启热油锅青葱段.红萝卜片.红辣椒片一起爆香

3:瓠瓜片加入拌炒取适量干贝酱.点水盖锅续煮...

4:瓠瓜软嫩..调味后青葱段拌炒..即可起锅上菜喔! ^_^

5:蒲ㄚ粥~ 1/2 瓠瓜分切.红萝卜片.葱段.香酥油备用

6:1.先淘洗白米适量煮粥....2.热锅香酥油取适量爆香葱段.红萝卜.瓠瓜拌炒后..盛出拌匀入白粥里..续煮...调入白胡椒粉.调味后即可食喔!
