蔬菜片汤
材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱 35g","白萝卜 35g","胡萝卜 35g","西芹 30g","牛番茄 35g","高丽菜 35g","月桂叶 1片","鸡高汤 500cc","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:将所有材料都切厚0.1~0.2公分指甲片大小,白萝卜直刀切片尖刀拖啦切条再切片0.1/0.2左右,洋葱切条2片对折开修型切片,番茄去籽去皮修型前后不要,切条切片,胡萝卜修型再切片然后切条再切片0.2/0.3,西芹测边斜切厚度差不多,切条再切片

2:将剩余的材料和月桂叶倒入高汤熬煮

3:高汤熬煮完成后在把熬煮高汤的材料过滤

4:放入红k,白k,西芹煮熟调味最后在加入所有材料煮熟即可
