泰式凉拌木耳

材料

"木耳丝 1碗","小黄瓜丝 半条","芹菜段 2根","红萝卜丝 适量","洋葱丝 适量","辣椒 1条","香菜 适量","花生 适量","蒜末 1大匙","柠檬汁 2大匙","酱油 2大匙","糖 2茶匙"

做法

  1. 1:木耳丝川烫后捞出泡冷水(10分钟)辣椒斜切洋葱丝泡冷水10分钟(去除辛辣感)取出备用花生剁碎(要有颗粒)

    2:将所有丝及辣椒摆置大碗内加入糖,柠檬汁,酱油,花生脆拌匀最后用香菜点缀
