港式炸酱面
材料
"全蛋面 2人份","猪肉 100克","蒜末 1小匙","青葱 1条","酱油 1/2小匙","糖 1/2小匙","太白粉 1/2小匙","绍兴酒(可省略) 1/2小匙","胡椒粉 少许","豆瓣酱 2大匙","海鲜酱 1小匙","酱油 1/2小匙","白醋 2大匙","糖 1/2小匙","水 100毫升",
做法

1:先将猪肉切幼丝,用醃料醃肉15分钟。将面放入沸水,煮约一至两分钟(视乎什么面),沥干水份备用

2:热锅后下油,下蒜末及猪肉,炒至肉转色

3:下所有调味料及水,用中火煮沸后,转小火煮5分钟

4:下一小匙太白粉加少许水拌匀,加入酱汁内煮至浓稠即可

5:将面放在碟上,淋上酱汁及肉丝,洒上葱花即成!
