1:所有材料切好备用

2:先用奶油把牛肉稍微煎一下把牛肉放入锅中

3:煎牛肉平底锅中会有煎牛肉的油。用来炒洋葱,马铃薯,红萝卜,白萝卜。

4:全部食材拌炒一下加适量的黑胡椒拌炒,再加入蕃茄粒糊(家X福)拌匀
