起司泡菜炒菇菇
材料
"雪白菇 50g","鸿喜菇 50g","洋葱丝 150g(约半颗)","韩式泡菜 150g","韩式辣椒酱 1小匙","韭菜 3支","(马兹瑞拉)起司丝 100g","白芝麻 适量","盐 少许","糖 1小匙",
做法

1:准备好所有食材,洋葱切丝,韭菜切段

2:热锅,倒些许油,放入洋葱丝,翻炒至熟软半透明状

3:加入雪白菇、鸿喜菇继续翻炒至出水

4:将泡菜、韩式辣椒酱翻炒均匀,再加入韭菜继续翻炒

5:倒入盐、糖调味,撒些许白芝麻翻拌一下

6:起锅前最后加入起司丝即完成^^
