酸菜辣鱼片
材料
"鲂鱼片(大) 一块","酸菜 约150G","泡椒或辣椒 适量","生姜 ","蒜头适量 ","高粱酒一大匙 ","盐少许 ","高粱酒一大匙 ","地瓜粉一大匙 ","花椒少许 ","八角半颗 ","柴鱼粉 适量",
做法

1:将鲂鱼斜切成大片(约0.5公分厚)

2:加入醃料拌匀(地瓜粉最后放)

3:用少许油爆香香料取出留油

4:爆香生姜,蒜头与泡椒(可用辣椒代替)

5:放入酸菜炒一会(酸菜太咸可切好后泡水一下)

6:加入水,将2的材料倒在滤网中煮一会让汤汁味道更香

7:烧开后放鱼片调味喜欢更酸可加适量泡椒汁或是白醋

8:最后加一大匙高粱酒

9:起锅放入香菜和葱末即可^^
