鲜菇烩豆皮
材料
"豆皮 4片","木耳 20克","金针菇 20克","珊瑚菇 20克","香菇 20克","姜丝 ","辣椒少许 ","淬酿酱油2大匙 ","细砂糖 ","黑醋1小匙 ","白胡椒粉 ","香油少许 ","太白粉水 少许",
做法

1:豆皮倒入1茶匙淬酿酱油醃制入味

2:将醃制好的豆皮煎至表面金黄香酥备用

3:其他食材切丝备好

4:起油锅姜丝放入爆香后放入香菇丝炒香

5:将所有食材放入翻炒酱油炝锅

6:倒入适量水及其他调味料起锅前芶薄芡最后淋上香油完成
