古早味爌肉饭
材料
"三层肉 1斤","壶底油 3大匙","油膏 1大匙","冰糖 3克","米酒 1大匙","水 1200cc","葱 1根","蒜头 5颗","辣椒 2根","姜 6小片","笋丝.醃渍小黄瓜 少许","荷包蛋 1颗",
做法

1:三层肉先川烫过,表面看起来有熟,捞起洗净去杂质,在切成长7公分厚度1.5公分的大小

2:锅内下一点油,煸香姜片.葱.蒜头.辣椒,在下三层肉煸出有恰恰的样子

3:接着下冰糖.壶底油.油膏.米酒,炒至三层肉上色

4:接的下水,记得一定要盖过食材,盖上锅盖,大概小火煮个40-50分钟,筷子能轻易戳过即可
