材料

"板豆腐 约180G","中筋面粉 约60G","柴鱼 适量","沙拉酱 适量","洋葱 ","韭菜 ","红萝卜适量 ","盐 ","胡椒 ","柴鱼粉少许 ","米酒 ","糖 ","酱油 1:1:1",

做法

  1. step1

    1:豆腐抓成泥

    2:加入配料可依自己喜欢的材料做更改

  3. step3

    3:与面粉拌匀

  4. step4

    4:揉成丸子放入中温油锅中炸

  5. step5

    5:至金黄色取出

  6. step6

    6:淋上酱汁沙拉酱和柴鱼花就完成了^^
