唐扬鸡咖哩饭
材料
"鸡胸肉 一副","咖哩块 适量","洋葱 半颗","马铃薯 一颗","红萝卜 半条","辣椒 一小片(可无)","味霖 1大匙","酱油 0.5大匙","盐 1小匙","七味粉 1小匙","黑胡椒粉 些许","蛋 1颗","面粉 适量","面包粉 适量"
做法

1:首先把马铃薯与红萝卜切块放入电锅蒸一下(外锅放半杯水)

3:加水滚后放入咖哩块

4:中小火将咖哩块煮开后可再添加点咖哩粉增添香气

5:(在蒸马铃薯时,可先将鸡胸肉切块后加入调味料拌匀)

6:将鸡块先沾面粉再沾蛋液最后裹上面包粉,静置几分钟后让粉回潮再入锅油炸

7:鸡块起锅后淋上咖哩就完成了(最后再水煮点青菜当配菜就很丰富囉!!)
