牛肉炒饭
材料
"隔夜饭 3碗","蛋 4颗","冷冻三色蔬菜 1碗","青葱 1根","洋葱 1/4","香菜 2根","蒜头 2小办","辣椒 1根","盐 少许","鸡粉 2大匙","糖 1茶匙","牛肉 400g","蒜头 2小瓣","沙茶酱 2茶匙","芝麻油 少许","黑胡椒粉 少许","橄榄油 1茶匙","酱油 2茶匙",
做法

1:牛肉醃料:将蒜头切碎加入沙茶酱,芝麻油,黑胡椒粉,酱油及橄榄油拌均

2:将牛肉切片放入调制好的醃料放入冰箱醃一个晚上

3:青葱,洋葱,辣椒,蒜头跟香菜切末(爆香用)

4:鸡粉加糖及黑胡椒粉和一些热水拌均。

5:1. 冷冻蔬菜加一些热水解冻2. 蛋加少许黑胡椒粉及盐调味2. 隔夜饭放入微波炉微波一分半备用

6:蛋炒半熟,牛肉炒八分熟起锅备用

7:不用洗锅子,加入切好的爆香食材下锅炒一炒,依序加入饭炒一下,再加入冷冻蔬菜拌炒均匀

8:加入调制好的鸡汤,及炒好的蛋跟牛肉续炒

9:起锅前加一些盐调味再加入青葱末及香菜即可
