塔香茄汁乳酪披萨
材料
"鳀鱼罐头 1盒","酸黄瓜 2~3小条","杏包菇 1~2个","热狗(德式香肠) 2条","蕃茄酱 适量","甜椒 1颗","九层塔 1把","丹麦软质干酪 1盒","切达干酪条 2条","乳酪丝 1碗","低筋面粉 240克","温开水 150ml","盐 3~5克","糖 10","油 2大匙",
做法

1:先将30~40度左右的温水与油以外的材料搓揉成团, 成团后再加入2大匙橄榄油,搓揉至面团表面呈光滑状态。放入调理盆盖上保鲜膜等待面团发酵一倍大(发酵完如上图)

2:食材洗净切片(条)备用

3:烤箱先转220度,预热,面团用擀面棍擀成约0.3~0.5cm厚度,再将饼皮放到铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上,使用叉子在饼皮上戳无数小洞,烤起来饼皮才会酥脆

4:饼皮抹上蕃茄酱,铺上切碎的鳀鱼、甜椒、热狗、酸黄瓜…等乳酪以外的食材

5:最后摆上切小块的干酪条、乳酪丝、奶油乳酪

6:放入烤箱烤20分钟至乳酪丝溶化上色即可!
