"芹菜 2株","黄豆芽 1/5包","胡萝卜 1/4根","白萝卜 1/4根","黑木耳 1朵","大豆干 1块","甜椒 1/2个","金针菇 1/4包","香菇 3朵","鸡胸肉 200g","米酒 适量","葱末 适量","姜末 适量","盐 适量","麻油 适量","海棠蜜 适量","水果醋 适量","香菜末 适量",
做法

1:鸡肉用电锅蒸熟、剥丝。蔬菜材料洗净切丝,以滚水汆烫,去除菜腥味。将食材个别炒熟。每次下锅时也同时以盐、葱姜末调味。最后将所有的材料一起回锅,快速拌炒均匀。

2:放凉,收到冰箱冰镇约1小时。上桌前,点上麻油、醋、香菜末。
