竹笋鱼片粥
材料
"煮熟的白米饭 3碗","芹菜末 1碗","鲜菇类 适量","干香菇(泡软) 15朵(中型)","煮竹笋的汤 15碗(吃饭碗)","旗鱼肉 1斤","黑胡椒 1匙","五香粉 1/4匙","盐、香菇粉 适量","虾皮 2大匙","红葱酥 2大匙","竹笋(中型) 一支","肉丝 1碗",
做法

1:虾皮爆香捞起备用~笋子切丝加水(要盖过笋子)外锅 用1杯水放入电锅煮熟~

2:泡软的干香菇切丝爆香捞起备用~旗鱼切1.5公分的片状备用~

3:油锅放入肉丝炒到变白加酱油、五香粉、胡椒粉、红葱酥炒香》依序加煮竹笋的汤》竹笋丝、鲜菇类》白米饭》盖锅盖煮沸》最后加入旗鱼片》拌匀煮沸~Ps.水份的比例仅供参考,可自己调整增减~如果煮好没马上吃,高汤要放多一点,白米饭会吸汤汁~

4:起锅前调味加入虾皮、芹菜末拌匀起锅~
