"拉面1包 ","香菜 ","小黄瓜丝 ","葱花适量 ","碎花生10克 ","肉燥1大匙 ","甜面酱1大匙 ","芝麻酱1大匙 ","酱油 ","辣油1大匙 ","黑醋 ","糖 ","香油1小匙 ","蒜末 ","红葱头末1小匙 ","水60cc ",

做法

  1. step1

    1:所有食材备好

    2:将所有调味料的部分放入碗中搅拌均匀备用

  3. step3

    3:准备一锅水煮滚后放入兰州拉面约煮3分后倒入1小杯冷水再煮滚熟透即可

  4. step4

    4:捞起步骤3放入冷水中冰镇增加面条Q弹口感

  5. step5

    5:最后将步骤4放入步骤2拌匀 淋上肉燥摆上小黄瓜丝及碎花生 撒上香菜与葱花完成
