做法

1:所有食材备好

2:将所有调味料的部分放入碗中搅拌均匀备用

3:准备一锅水煮滚后放入兰州拉面约煮3分后倒入1小杯冷水再煮滚熟透即可

4:捞起步骤3放入冷水中冰镇增加面条Q弹口感

5:最后将步骤4放入步骤2拌匀 淋上肉燥摆上小黄瓜丝及碎花生 撒上香菜与葱花完成
