泰式鸡丝凉拌

材料

"鸡胸肉 200G","芹菜 100G","牛蕃茄 1颗","红萝卜 50G","洋葱 50G","黑木耳 100G","小黄瓜 1根","柠檬汁 2颗","鱼露 2T","棕榈糖 2T"

做法

  1. step1

    1:鸡胸肉汆烫后拨成丝状(鸡胸肉烫熟顾健康哦~) 

  2. step2

    2:黑木耳切细丝汆烫约20秒后置入冰水内5分钟   牛蕃茄,洋葱,芹菜,小黄瓜切细丝,红萝卜刨丝将材料一起置入锅中备用

  3. step3

    3:将调味料调和均匀淋上材料再冰入冰箱,口感更好哦~
