芬兰私房鱼汤
材料
"鲑鱼头 1个","虾头 15个","洋葱 1个","红萝卜 1条","玉米 1条","香菜 1把","三色胡椒粒 一大匙","海盐 适量","大葱 1支","水 2500cc","鲑鱼 150克","鳕鱼 150克","北极虾 100克","螯虾 100克","花枝 1只","红萝卜切丁 半条","高丽菜切丝 适量","洋葱切丁 半颗","番茄切小块 2颗","西洋芹菜切丁 23支","亨氏番茄酱 适量","新鲜时萝 适量","新鲜洋香菜 适量",
做法

1:将鱼高汤的所有材料,放入大汤锅中,煲煮约1小时备用(煮的过程中可用滤网捞除浮沫)

2:取适量鱼高汤,先放入除高丽菜外的蔬菜料,炖煮至蔬菜软嫩后,放入亨氏番茄酱调味

3:将海鲜料放入步骤2中,待海鲜八分熟后放入高丽菜丝炖煮

4:食用前洒上洋香菜、时萝即可享用
