肉片蔬菜卷
材料
"肉片 5片","芦笋 10根","红萝卜 少许","蒜头 3~4颗","酱油 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","太白粉 酌量","糖 1小匙","酱油 1大匙","味霖 1大匙","泰式甜辣酱 1大匙"
做法

1:先准备处理好所需材料ˊ并将肉片先用肉片醃料醃渍入味备用

2:用一汤锅放入适量的水ˊ煮滚ˊ川烫好红萝卜和芦笋

3:热油锅后将已经醃渍入味的肉片下锅煎熟ˊ然后盛盘ˊ和川烫好的蔬菜卷起排于磐上

4:用原锅爆香蒜头ˊ然后将调味全部倒入煮滚淋于肉片卷即可~~
