炸藕夹肉

材料

"莲藕 1节","绞肉 100公克","1 个","葱 1支","酱油 1大匙","香油 少许","面粉 1杯","太白粉1 大匙","盐 少许","水 适量","黄金玄米油 适量","醋 少许","蒜泥 少许","酱油 适量","辣椒 随喜",

做法

    1:莲藕去皮切成薄片,留一小段不切断

  2. step2

    2:绞肉加上葱花、蛋、塩、酱油、白胡椒粉、香油全部拌匀备用

  3. step3

    3:莲藕片中夹进肉馅

  4. step4

    4:把油加热至180度

  5. step5

    5:面粉、太白粉、塩、水混合成面粉糊,沾上莲藕片炸成金黄即可沾酱料食用
