糖醋鸡胸
材料
"鸡胸肉 400克","黄椒 1/2个","红椒 1/2个","洋葱 1/3个","小黄瓜 1根","调料:蕃茄酱 3大匙","腌料:糖 1大匙","腌料:柠檬 半个","腌料:酱油 1大匙","腌料:香油 少许","调料:盐 少许","腌料:地瓜粉 3大匙",
做法

1:所有材料都切好

2:肉用醃料醃30分

3:起一油锅,油温约160度,先炸好鸡胸肉 1大匙油热锅,炒红黄椒片

4:下调味料调匀

5:加入小黄瓜块与炸好的鸡胸肉拌炒后,起锅

6:小黄瓜最后加入可以保有原来的脆度喔!
