鸡蓉玉米羹
材料
"鸡胸肉 200克","玉米酱 1罐","玉米粒 1大匙","洋葱丁 80克","蒜泥 1/2茶匙","鸡蛋 2颗","鸡高汤 600ml","奶油 适量","鲜奶油 2大匙","黑胡椒粉 少许","腌料:米酒 1茶匙","腌料:盐 少许","腌料:太白粉 1大匙","腌料:姜片 2小片","蒜头 1瓣",
做法

1:准备材料,鸡蛋打散,洋葱切丁,蒜头磨成泥

2:鸡胸肉先用醃料醃30分钟,用电锅蒸熟,切成小丁备用

3:用奶油热锅炒洋葱丁

4:洋葱丁和蒜泥炒出香味

5:加入鸡高汤和玉米酱搅拌均匀,煮滚

6:加两大匙鲜奶油增加奶味(也能用奶粉或鲜奶取代)

7:加入鸡胸肉拌匀,煮到滚熄火

8:熄火后再倒入蛋液,搅拌成蛋花

9:盛盘后将一大匙玉米粒装饰在汤上

10:最后撒上黑胡椒粉就可以了
