时蔬烩三鲜
材料
"鲜虾 120元","猪肝 10元.","海参 60元","小黄瓜 1条","洋葱 1颗","红萝卜 半条","绿花椰 1株","秀珍菇 少许","香油 少许","香菜 少许","酱油膏 1大匙","香油 少许","胡椒粉 少许","米酒 少许","辣椒 半颗","酱油 2大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","乌醋 1大匙","味霖 1中匙","太白粉水 半碗",
做法

1:先将三鲜洗净用醃料调味抓一下,醃个15分钟

2:然后用一匙热油快炒三鲜约7分熟,起锅备用

3:配料食材洗净切片,切花(绿花椰菜先滚水川烫)准备

4:一匙油将洋葱,红萝卜,小黄瓜先爆香热炒

5:再将花椰菜及秀珍菇下锅拌炒,再将酱料调匀后下锅滚煮拌炒均匀即可起锅

6:起锅摆盘并滴上几滴香油,放少许香菜完成
