做法

1:将花瓜剁碎与绞肉、调味料和姜末拌匀

2:再分次加入水,摔打至产生筋性后,加入蛋白1颗和太白粉,拌匀后,再加入葱花拌匀,滴少许香油

3:放入碗中,中间拨开成中空状,这样才会蒸熟

4:封保鲜膜蒸约30分钟至熟即可
