蔬菜炖猪肉
材料
"洋葱 ","蒜末 ","西洋芹 ","洋菇 ","红甜椒 ","红萝卜 ","豆仁 ","番茄 ","白花椰菜 ","高丽菜心 ","梅花猪肉 ","香料 ","白酒 适量","盐 ","胡椒粉 适量","橄榄油 适量",
做法

1:先将梅花肉用绳绑好,定型~用胡椒粉,盐醃1-2小时.平底锅热油煎至金黄色即可,放旁备用~

2:起新锅,热油炒香蒜末,洋葱,洋菇,再放入红萝卜,红甜椒,番茄,拌炒~

3:接着将蔬菜放入炖锅,再加入煎好的梅花肉,白酒一杯,在加上高汤或开水,淹过菜,煮滚关小伙慢炖即可~

4:最后再放入切条状的高丽菜,白花椰菜,再慢火炖煮至材料软化,在用盐调味,再放入甜豆仁,煮滚即可关火~

5:炖煮中间可用竹签叉入肉内,看肉熟的成度,看个人喜好,将肉熟度调整炖煮~

6:关火将肉取出放凉

7:切片,配上蔬菜上桌了~
