泡菜炒年糕

"年糕 15小条","泡菜 半碗","牛肉片 四片","葱 3枝","芹菜 2枝","蒜片 少许","香油 少许","腌料:太白粉 1/4茶匙","腌料:米酒 1/4茶匙","腌料:酱油 1/4茶匙","腌料:白胡椒粉 少许","腌料:糖 1/2茶匙","综合调味料:蕃茄酱 一大匙","综合调味料:味霖 1/2茶匙","综合调味料:酱油 1/2茶匙","综合调味料:水 半碗",
做法

1:肉片以醃料稍醃一下,葱、芹菜切段,蒜头切片,年糕先以热水泡软,以上备用。

2:热锅,爆炒肉片,炒到半熟先捞起放旁边,下蒜片和综合调味料,再下年糕拌炒一下。等年糕看起来澎澎的,就可下芹菜、葱段,最后再加入牛肉与泡菜拌炒一下,起锅前淋点香油就ok囉~^^
