酸菜蛋包子
材料
"中筋面粉 600G","水 300G","酵母 6G","糖 30G","油 15G","奶粉 30G","酸菜 450G","鸡蛋 5颗","蒜末 适量","辣椒 适量","鸡粉 适量","酱油 适量","香油 适量"
做法

1:锅中放少许油,锅热后倒入蛋液,快速炒至蛋凝固后起锅,再放少许油爆香蒜末后倒酸菜,拌一下再入酱油,鸡粉,糖,拌炒至酱香出来后放入辣椒炒一下,再淋香油拌均起锅放凉备用

2:前六项放入盆中搅拌后倒至桌上搓揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜静置5分钟

3:将面团揉成长条状,切50g大小的剂子,擀成圆薄状

4:包入饀料,放入蒸笼做第二次发酵

5:水滚后,中火蒸12分钟即可
