焗起司蔬菜面包
材料
"高筋面粉 200g","酵母 3g","鲜奶 150cc","胚芽面粉 50g","高筋面粉 100g","糖 20g","植物油 10g","盐 3g","鲜奶 70cc","全蛋液 适量","PIZZA起司 适量","沙拉酱 适量","黑胡椒/罗勒叶末/海苔粉 适量","冷冻三色蔬菜 适量","PIZZA起司 少许"
做法

1:将中种材料放入面包机,以[乌龙面模式]搅打15分钟,初发1HR,再加入主面团材料,以[乌龙面模式]搅打15分钟,中发松弛30分钟,分成8等分(每份约75g),滚圆

2:杆成圆片状,包入包馅材料,卷起,收口向下,略成橄榄状,后发40分钟

3:发酵好的面团用力刀在面团上划一刀

4:涂上全蛋液,撒上pizza起司,挤上沙拉酱,少许罗勒叶末或黑胡椒

5:烤箱预热180度烘烤15~18分钟
