干煎豆腐佐蚝油鲜丝

"豆腐 1盒","红萝卜丝 少许","黑木耳 少许","南瓜丝 少许","小黄瓜丝 少许","金针菇 少许","豆芽菜 少许","盐 少许","面粉 适量","特级蚝油 2匙","酱油 1匙","水 半杯","胡椒粉 少许","味淋 少许","香油 少许",
做法

1:切成6块抹上盐巴

2:备料~洗净切丝

3:用厨房纸巾吸干水分 面粉均匀抹在豆腐上

4:热锅加一点油 将豆腐煎至两面金黄 盛盘

5:同一锅子倒入所有备料 大火炒开

6:下特级蠔油及其他调味料稍微收汁即可关火

7:将炒好的配料直接摆在豆腐上 完成!
