茄香牛肉

做法

1:茄子切段再对切备用,牛肉以醃料醃渍备用,葱切段

2:起一油锅热油,先将茄子过油后捞起沥油,再把牛肉也过油捞起。另起一锅,爆香蒜姜末,倒入调味料后,倒入刚刚过油茄子稍拌,再放牛肉.葱段拌匀即可~^^
