豆酱烧明虾

做法
1、明虾由背部切开。De-vein shrimp.
2、明虾去肠泥后过油,捞起沥油备用。Deep-fry over high heat oil for one minute.
3、起油锅,将明虾加入蒜茸、辣椒末、辣豆酱、糖大火爆炒20秒即可。Heat oil in pan, stir-fry shrimps with mashed garlic,minced chili,sugar and KIMLAN HOT BEAN SAUCE for 20 seconds over high heat.
