"板豆腐 一块","蟹腿或虾仁 适量","太白粉 少许","腌料:盐 ","腌料:胡椒粉 ","腌料:米酒 少许","调料:特级蚝油 一大匙","调料:柴鱼粉 适量","调料:胡椒粉少许 少许","水 2大匙",
做法

1:将豆腐用油煎至金黄

2:放入葱头爆香

3:蟹腿加醃料拌匀后加入少许太白粉

5:豆腐加入蟹腿炒一会
