糖醋豆包卷
材料
"豆包 6片","「材料B」木耳 2朵","「材料B」红萝卜 半条","「材料B」熟笋丝 12小条","粉浆(面粉5克+水1215克〉 ","「材料B」绿、黄、紫色甜椒 各1/3个","油 少许","「调味料」酱油 1大匙","「调味料」番茄酱 1大匙","「调味料」有机太白粉 1小匙","「调味料」姜末 10克","「调味料」醋、糖蜜浆 适量","「调味料」水 3/4碗",
做法

1: 材料洗净,豆包拭干表面水份,木耳、红萝卜、笋丝各切12条长丝,各分开稍汆烫备用。将面粉浆调匀备用。调味料用大碗混合调匀备用

2:材料B分别切成菱形块及细丁备用

3:将豆包依序铺张开,摆上作法2,三色丝各2条,卷成豆包卷,收尾黏上面粉浆糊固定

4:不沾锅内放少许油,将6个豆包卷排入,盖上锅盖小火微煎,〈分成上下左右,四面煎〉稍变色即可

5:另起一锅放入面粉浆、调味料,开火煮,再将作法6豆包卷放入一起稍焖煮滚

6:即可起锅排盘
